TORU will be taking their rock inspired apparel collection to the runway as a proud sponsor of the upcoming Paws4You Spring benefit/fashion show at Cabana One at The Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove, Fl.
Our new Spring line of “Rescue Wear” will be unveiled at the show as local Miami rescues strut their stuff down the runway. This new line is designed to help promote awareness for Rescue groups, Adoption and Spay/Neuter programs nationwide with 15% of all proceeds being donated to Paws4You Rescue, Inc.
Paws 4 You Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit, all volunteer 501 C3 animal rescue organization based in Miami, Florida. Their top priority is to save animals from euthanasia at Miami Dade Animal Services. On average 100 to 150 animal are euthanized every day at this county shelter.
Jack, Vanessa’s dog, is a rescue and so organizations such as Paws 4 You Rescue hold a very special place in our hearts.
Coming off the success of our Good Dog collection (to help benefit The Good Dog Foundation), we knew that we wanted to do something to help out Paws 4 You Rescue. Teaming up again with the fabulous Andrew Brusso (photographer extraordinaire), we have transformed local rescues into super models. We can't thank Aperture Pro Studios enough for their incredible generosity in donating their studio space and equipment for our shoot.
