TORU is a hip, charitable line of vintage style rock ‘n roll apparel & accessories for dogs and their humans. Created by high school buds, Susan Levine and Vanessa Rossman, with one mission in mind – to rock your dog’s world. Their designs are a form-fitting tribute to their love for music, passion for giving back, and affection for their furry pals, Tony and Rudy (the “to” & the “ru” in TORU).
